14 days' money back

Within 14 days of any payment for GeoFootballer Pro, you can have the full amount back on request. That goes for your first purchase and for every automatic renewal. You don't have to give a reason. Pro ends with the refund.

How to get your money back:

• in your account at link.com or via Link support, where you can find your order with your email address, or
• by email to mustafa.ali@na4mc.de, from the email address you used to buy.

The money goes back the way you paid, usually within a few working days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Pro at any time, in your account at link.com (you'll find your order there with the email address you used to buy) or by email to mustafa.ali@na4mc.de. Pro stays active until the end of the week or month you've paid for and then doesn't renew.

Bought in the app?

Purchases in the iPhone or Android app go through Apple or Google Play. You can cancel in your Apple Account settings (Subscriptions) or in Google Play, at least 24 hours before the subscription ends; in the app, “Manage subscription” on the “Profile” tab takes you straight there. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, and their rules apply.

Statutory right to cancel

Consumers buying online also have a statutory right of withdrawal (in the UK, the right to cancel). When you buy in the browser, your contracting party is our merchant Sold through Link, LLC (Stripe group); details are in Link's terms. Our promise above applies regardless: 14 days' money back after every payment.
